Service order process
Each RMA is guaranteed to be processed within 10 minutes after a customer issues an RMA request, and a POD (proof of delivery) will be sent to the customer after we recieve the POD or a confirmation from forwarders.
Warehouse outbound
Each outbound order is guaranteed to be processed within 20 minutes when a warehouse operator receives an outbound order. The spare parts will be ready for shipping within 30 minutes after a outbound job order is sent to the warehouse through our logistics management system.
POD feedback
It is possible that we can provide POD feedback within 10 minutes after the packages are delivered to the hands of the end users.

Our delivery network can virtually cover many main cities of the world. By using our delivery network, we can lower 20~40% of delivery cost for our customers.
